On
a trip to Virginia Beach. Driving down Tomcat road towards our hotel
- mommy was playing with Gracie's cheeks and she let the most beautiful
giggle. It was AMAZING to hear! |

voice instead of cry: |
2 Months

4 Months
old - In the mornings mommy would go into her room to pick her up
and she would slowly focus on mommy and light up with a smile that
would stretch ear to ear and show off her beautiful gums. |

time reaching for a toy: |
4 months
old - mommy bought a christmas bell that hung around her neck and
Grace thought it was so facinating that she would reach from her
changing table to grab it. |
First
time rolling over:

3 1/2
months on her panda mat. She rolled over then got royally mad when
she couldn't figure how to roll back over! |
First
time rolling over:

5 months
old on mommy and daddy's bed. She surprised her daddy and herself!
Once she figured it out, no one could stop her! |

time sitting up: |
5 months.
She could sit in the sitting position if you put her there and let
her play with her toys, but if she looked up...she would tumble
back over. |

time eating baby food: |
9/06
- First food: Squash. Reaction: POISON! Then she discovered she
loves apples, bananas, pears, carrots, prunes, etc. DOES NOT LIKE
GREEN BEANS. |

time eating people food: |
Late
November '06. Pizza Crust. She loved it, she sucked on it until
it was mushy. Shortly after we tried animal crackers, saltine crackers,
cheerios, etc. |

cold/ear infection: |
Thanksgiving
'06. Cold, congestion, and two ear infections all at once. She didn't
sleep a wink for 3-4 days. She was up every hour crying. Poor thing! |

crawling: |
1/14/07
- Daddy and Mommy were painting the guest room when we looked down
and Gracie just took off! It was amazing! |

1, 2007 - started pulling up onto the stairs, coffee table, couch,

climb up the whole filght of stairs: |
It only
took Grace about 2 days to muster up all the confidence she needed
to go completely upstairs. Mommy about fainted when she couldn't
find Grace in the living room. There was mysterious giggles coming
from upstairs and when mommy finally found her, she went crawling
as fast as she could LAUGHING. |

19, 2007 Grace held her arms straight out like Frankenstein and
took two giant steps forward, then toppled over. I think she was
as surprised as we were. |

Easter
Weekend (April 7 & 8, 2007) - She is walking everywhere now.
She'll take off and then get excited and go faster then fall. But
she always gets back up and goes again. She is barely crawling anymore!
She's getting too big!!! (10.5 months old) |
